Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy
General Information
By placing an order electronically through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014 / 29188), and all other applicable legislation governing the sale and delivery of products and services.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping or delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Purchased products or services will be delivered to the person and/or organization specified by the buyer within the legal delivery period, which shall not exceed 30 days. If delivery is not completed within this period, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract.
The purchased product or service must be delivered completely and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, including any applicable warranty certificates, user manuals, or supporting documents.
If it becomes impossible to supply the purchased product or service, the seller shall notify the buyer in writing within 3 days after becoming aware of the situation and shall refund the full payment within 14 days.
Failure to Pay
If the buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or if the payment is cancelled or reversed by the bank, the seller's obligation to deliver the product or service shall automatically cease.
Unauthorized Credit Card Transactions
If, after delivery, it is determined that the buyer's payment was made using a credit card without authorization and the payment is subsequently reversed by the issuing bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product within 3 days. Return shipping costs shall be covered by the seller.
Force Majeure
If delivery cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the seller's reasonable control (force majeure), the buyer will be informed promptly.
The buyer may choose to:
- Cancel the order
- Request a replacement product or service of similar value
- Wait until delivery becomes possible
If the order is cancelled:
- Payments made by bank transfer will be refunded within 14 days.
- Credit card payments will be refunded to the issuing bank within 14 days. Depending on the bank, it may take an additional 2–3 weeks for the refund to appear in the buyer's account.
Buyer's Responsibility Upon Delivery
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the product or service before accepting delivery.
Damaged packages, broken items, or visibly defective products should not be accepted from the delivery company.
Products accepted without objection shall be considered delivered in good condition.
After delivery, the buyer is responsible for protecting the product.
If the buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must remain unused and the original invoice must be returned together with the product where applicable.
Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to the buyer or the designated recipient, without providing any reason and without incurring any legal liability.

Withdrawal Period for Services
For services, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the date the service agreement is signed.
If the performance of the service has begun with the customer's prior approval before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.
All costs arising from the valid exercise of the withdrawal right shall be borne by the seller.
Notification of withdrawal must be submitted in writing by registered mail or email within the applicable 14-day period.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To complete the withdrawal process, the buyer must return:
- The original invoice (or a return invoice for corporate purchases)
- The completed return form (if applicable)
- The unused product
- Original packaging
- All accessories and standard components supplied with the product
Refund Conditions
Upon receiving the withdrawal notice, the seller shall:
- Refund all payments received from the buyer within 10 days
- Complete the return process within 20 days
If the returned product has decreased in value due to misuse or damage caused by the buyer, the buyer shall compensate the seller for the resulting loss.
Normal wear resulting from appropriate inspection of the product during the withdrawal period shall not affect the buyer's rights.
If the return causes the buyer to fall below the minimum purchase amount required for a promotional campaign, any promotional discount previously applied may be cancelled.
Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made specifically according to the customer's request
- Personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Products with a short expiration date
- Products unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons after opening
- Underwear, swimwear, bikinis, and personal hygiene products
- Cosmetics and personal care products with opened packaging
- Newspapers and magazines (except subscriptions)
- Digital content delivered electronically
- Downloadable software
- Audio and video recordings with opened packaging
- CDs, DVDs, software, and computer programs
- Books with opened protective packaging where applicable
- Printer cartridges, toner, ribbons, and other consumables with opened packaging
Services that have already begun with the customer's approval before the withdrawal period expires are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Default and Legal Consequences
If payment is made by credit card and the buyer defaults on payment obligations under the cardholder agreement with the issuing bank, the buyer shall be responsible for all applicable interest, legal fees, court costs, and other expenses imposed by the bank.
The buyer also agrees to compensate the seller for any losses resulting from delayed payment or non-payment.

- Online Credit Card Payment
Our website accepts major credit cards and may offer installment payment options where available.
For online payments, the purchase amount will be charged to the buyer's credit card immediately after the order has been successfully completed.
