Day 1- Istanbul
Arrival and reception at the airport. Transfer to the selected hotel.


Day 2- Istanbul (breakfast / lunch)


After breakfast, departure to visit the old part where the most outstanding Ottoman and Byzantine monuments are concentrated. We will start with a visit to the old Roman Hippodrome where the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Egyptian Obelisk, the Serpentine Column and the German Fountain stand out. After visiting the famous Blue Mosque, the only one in the world with 6 minarets will know the famous ** Hagia Sophia built by the Emperor Justinian during the sixth century and that was the largest sanctuary in the world until the seventeenth century. After lunch, visit the ** Topkapi Palace, the famous and gigantic enclosure from where the entire Ottoman Empire was run for almost 400 years.


Day 3- Istanbul-Ankara-Cappadocia (breakfast / lunch / dinner)

After breakfast departure to Ankara, capital of modern Turkey, passing through the mountains of Bolu. Arrival and visit to the Mausoleum of Ataturk, founder of the Turkish Republic. Completed in 1953 it is an impressive fusion of ancient and modern architectural styles. Visit to the Independence Museum that houses a wax statue of Ataturk, his writings, letters and personal objects as well as an exhibition of photographs, a recording of important moments of his life and the constitution of the new Turkish Republic. After lunch, a panoramic visit to the city. Dinner and accommodation in Cappadocia.

Day 4- Cappadocia (breakfast / lunch / dinner)
At dawn you will have the possibility to participate in an optional hot air balloon excursion.
After breakfast, visit this fantastic region for its fascinating and original landscape formed by the lava thrown by the Erciyes and Hasan volcanoes 3 million years ago. Let's start the day by visiting the valley of Goreme. Visit to the Open Air Museum of Goreme with its many monasteries and chapels carved into the rocks and decorated with frescoes from the 10th century (some of them very well preserved). Visit to the valleys of Pasabagi, Avcilar and Guvercinlik, which have a spectacular landscape of the "Chimeneas de Hadas". Then we meet one of the typical onyx and turquoise workshops. Lunch. In the afternoon visit to the underground city of Ozkonak, built by the Christian communities to protect themselves from the attack of the Romans. Visit one of the typical carpet workshops. Day 5- Cappadocia-Konya-Pamukkale (breakfast / lunch / dinner)

Early departure to Konya, capital of the Seljuk Sultans in the 11th century. Visit to the Mausoleum of Mevlana, poet and founding philosopher of the mystical and religious sect of the Dancing Dervishes. Lunch in the city of Aksehir and continuation to Pamukkale. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 6- Pamukkale-Ephesus-Kusadasi (breakfast / lunch / dinner)


After breakfast, start the visit to Pamukkale, spectacular and unique place in the world for its dazzling white waterfalls and natural pools. Visit the ancient Hierapolis, known for its impressive necropolis containing more than 150,000 tombs. After lunch continue to Ephesus, Greco-Roman city, ancient capital of Asia Minor and one of the best preserved ancient cities where the Temple of Hadrian, Temple of Trajan, the Theater, the Library of Celso, etc. are located. Day 7 - Chios (breakfast / lunch / dinner)

Breakfast. Day off. OPTIONAL EXCURSION THE GRIEGA CHIOS ISLAND: Transfer from the hotel to the port of Çesme. After the immigration process, we left for Chios Island.
Arrival in 35 minutes. After immigration to enter the territory of Greece, we have free time to walk around the port area until 11:00 am, when we begin our guided tour. First stop is in the town famous for the production of Mastic, a special vegetable resin of the island.
We will continue to Kambos, where we will see some stone houses of Genoa, and then to the town of Armolia where we will see chew trees and visit ceramics workshops.
We continue our excursion to the town of Mesta, where we will have the opportunity to walk through the labyrinthine streets from the Byzantine era and visit Megalos Taksiarhis. Free time to walk in the village, and try some local foods.
We will head south to the village of Pyrgi, famous for the houses decorated in black and white and visiting the church of the Holy Apostle since Byzantine times. Our last stop is at the black volcanic beach Mavra Volia in Empoios.

Day 8- Kusadasi-Istanbul (breakfast / lunch)

Breakfast. Departure to Bursa. Panoramic visit of this important city that was the first capital of the Ottoman Empire. Visit to the Mosque and Green Mausoleum. After lunch, continuation of the trip to Istanbul. Accommodation.


Day 9- Istanbul (breakfast / lunch)


Breakfast. Full day excursion with lunch: Panoramic tour through the old part of Istanbul with stops to admire the beautiful view of the Golden Horn in Pierre Loti and visit the Cathedral of St. George, the Greek Orthodox Patriarchal Church, visit the Suleyman Mosque the magnificent in the city the largest mosque in Istanbul and a masterpiece by the architect Ottoman Mimar Sinan. Visit to the Spice Bazaar built more than 350 years ago, where spices brought from Egypt during the Ottoman era were sold. Lunch at the typical fish restaurant by the sea. Finally, we will embark for a fascinating cruise on the Bosphorus, a strait that separates the Asian and European parts of the city and where you can see the beautiful Ottoman villas, palaces and fortresses. Accommodation.
